Please don’t email us confidential documents.
We don’t need them in order to help, and email is precisely the kind of exposure AnoVeil exists to avoid. Describe what happened, or send a small example you have made up yourself.
Response time
AnoVeil is independently built, not a large company with a support desk. Expect a reply within a few working days rather than the same hour. Security reports are read first.
What counts as a security issue
Anything that could let document content leave the machine, or that undermines how stored values are sealed. The security page sets out the boundary in detail.
